These well appointed houses are located on Montezuma’s beautiful white sand beach, about a five minute beach walk from the town center. At the rear of the property lies a pristine, jungle green belt, home to White Face and Howler monkeys as well as a host of other animal and bird life. In the center of the property lies a beautiful pool with a cascading waterfall and an ocean view. Maintenance personnel, that includes pool maintenance person, gardener and domestic help are included in rate and reside on property.
