Hotel Playa Bejuco

I visited hotel Playa Bejuco last September with my family. Playa Bejuco is one of our best choices and one of the best hotels where we stayed. The service is great and the restaurant is really beautiful with a good international menu and the food was very, very good we loved it. The rooms were clean, the bathroom was very nice the showers were very good with hot water and all the rooms have air-conditioning. The kids loved the beautiful big pool. The beach is also very beautiful and not even one minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast was very good to. We stayed in Playa Bejuco for 3 nights and the second day we saw monkeys and big beautiful parrots. The next time if we visited Costa Rica we are going back to Hotel Playa Bejuco.

“Modest hotel on Playa Bejuco”

Hotel Playa Bejuco

I stayed for 2 nights at Hotel Playa Bejuco as part of a group supporting a cross-country adventure race, where Playa Bejuco was the finish line. The hotel is a pleasant place, with air-conditioned rooms and a modern feel (lots of black and red). Our room overlooked a property that used to be a getaway for the University of Costa Rica, but is no longer used and thus has a bit of an abandoned quality to it. The beach itself is just a short walk down the road. The black sand beach is very nice, and there were not many people using it, even on the weekend, so it did not feel at all crowded. The water in the pool looked a bit cloudy (I did not swim in it). The dining room was fine -- not "fine dining", but the food was decent. The hotel advertises itself as a family hotel. It is perfectly acceptable for someone looking for a quiet, clean accommodation at a more modest price.
