Our charming wooden bungalows are situated in a beautiful tropical garden. Each bungalow was carefully designed to provide the maximum comfort and privacy for our guests, and holds up to four people.

All rooms include double or single beds, private bathrooms with hot water, celing fans, large mosquito nets and balconies where you can relax in your hammock, admire the exotic plants and listen to the songs of many birds

By Air:

Close to the international airport  is the small airport for national flights which take you in 40 min to Tambor. At the Tambor airport take a taxi for the 40 min ride to Santa Teresa. You can make all bookings online with

By Car:

From San Jose you drive 1.5 h downhill to the port town of Puntarenas.

In Puntarenas take the ferry to Paquera which takes you on a scenic 1.5 h boat trip across the Gulf of Nicoya. From Paquera it takes 1 h to drive the 46 km past Tambor and Cobano to Santa Teresa.

By Minibus:

From the San José Airport or many other destinations in Costa Rica we can arrange a transfer by minibus to or from Luz de Luna.
