Important Note about Esencia Hotel and Villas:

Our Hotel features: safety box, parking area, hot water, A/C, pool, sun deck, green areas, gardens, fitness machines. No restaurant on site, but several close by. Just a few steps away from a marvelous white sand beach!!!

Reservation policies: Full payment at the moment of the reservation by banking transfer or credit card. Any cancellation 50 days or more before the arrival date will refund a 50%, Any cancellation 49 days or less before the arrival will be not refunded.

Children policy: Rate per child, per night $7 USD + tax. Maximum 02 children per room. Children age of 10 (inclusive) or older are consider as an adult, paying additional person rate of $15 USD + tax, maximum 02 per room.
